A free, repeatable transition for the first seven minutes after a screen-heavy workday. No product is required.
Minute 0-1: Prepare
Close the laptop, place the phone out of automatic reach, wash and dry your hands, and inspect any tool before use. Sit or stand in a position that feels supported.
Minutes 1-3: Scalp cue
With a clean scalp brush, use small movements in sections with light pressure; lift instead of dragging through the hair. Without a tool, use clean fingertips and avoid scratching.
Minutes 3-5: Neck and shoulder cue
Use short, light passes only over comfortable areas at the back and sides of the neck and upper shoulders. Avoid the front of the neck, the spine and irritated skin. The no-tool version is one gentle shoulder roll in each direction.
Minutes 5-7: Restore
Lower the light and look away from screens. If using an eye pack, prepare it only as directed, test the temperature first and add no pressure. Room temperature is always an option.
Finish and record
Clean and dry the tools, return them to one place and write one sentence: Which step felt easiest to repeat? Track consistency, not a promised physical outcome.
Choose a product only when it removes friction
Use the Reset Finder to select a starting path. Compare the Entry scalp tool, the current Hero neck-tool path, or the complete routine collection. Items in the collection may ship separately.
Safety boundary
This guide is general wellness education, not medical advice. Do not use unfamiliar pressure or temperature products on broken or irritated skin. Stop if anything feels uncomfortable and seek qualified care for persistent or concerning symptoms.
