This online store is operated under the YUNMU store name. Throughout the site, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the store operator. By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from the store.

Online store terms

You must provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. You may not use the store or its products for an unlawful purpose, interfere with the store's operation, attempt unauthorized access or transmit harmful code.

Product information

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, materials, dimensions and images accurately. Natural wood varies in grain, tone and small surface details. Screen settings can also affect how colors appear. Product availability and prices may change without notice before an order is placed.

YUNMU products are cosmetic grooming and self-care tools. They are not medicines or medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a condition.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment for reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory error, unsupported address, pricing error or legal restriction. If a paid order is cancelled, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Payments are processed by the payment providers shown at checkout. Their terms and privacy practices also apply to the information they process.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. The Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of these terms. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and following the return authorization process.
