Shipping Policy

Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

United States delivery

United States orders are currently sent with tracked shipping. Most orders are expected to arrive within 7-14 business days after processing, but delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us through the store contact form immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order enters fulfillment, changes may no longer be possible.

Supported destinations

At launch we ship only to supported United States addresses shown at checkout. We do not mark commercial orders as gifts or declare a false value.

Tracking issues

If tracking has not updated for 10 business days or the parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us through the store contact form with the order number.

Carrier delays, severe weather, customs activity and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
