Returns & Refunds

Contact us through the store contact form within 30 days of delivery before sending any return.

Return eligibility

Unused tools in their original condition and packaging may be eligible for return. Used grooming tools are not returnable unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or incorrect items

Send photos of the damaged packaging, product and shipping label within 7 days of delivery. Do not discard a product related to a safety concern until our support team confirms the next step. We may request the batch code and may arrange a return or safe disposal.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the order was incorrect or defective. Processing times shown by your bank or payment provider may apply after we issue the refund.

Return authorization

Do not send a return until it has been authorized. Applicable return instructions and the return address will be provided after the request is reviewed. Unauthorized returns may not be received or identified.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
